Additions and alterations were completed for an existing 2200 SF bi-level home. A 725 SF addition was provided housing a home office, dining room, and den. A 300 SF deck was provided at the rear of the home. The project included renovation the existing kitchen and bathroom as well as modifications to provide a larger family room, laundry room, and bathroom.

A second floor addition of 1535 SF was provided to an existing ranch style home. The new space provided for a master bedroom, master bathroom and closets, three additional bedrooms, one additional bathroom, and a laundry room. The home was re-sided as a part of the project. The rear deck had not been built at the time of the photograph.

An addition was provided to the rear of an existing two story colonial style home. The lower (grade level) portion provided storage area of approximately 300 SF. The upper (first floor) portion provided a three-season sun room space of approximately 350 SF. A deck of approximately 800 SF was provided.

This project consists of a whole house remodel of an existing 1595 SF ranch style home. Two small additions were built on the first floor for a workshop and a breakfast area totaling about 240 SF. A new second floor addition provided a master bedroom suite, a ‘mother-in-law’ suite, two additional bedrooms, bathroom, and a laundry room, The second floor addition totaled approximately 1540 SF.

A second floor addition of 1300 SF was provided to an existing ranch style home. The new space provided for a master bedroom, master bathroom and closets, two additional bedrooms, one additional bathroom and a laundry room. At the Owner’s request, the addition was designed with an influence of the Victorian Style

A front porch addition was provided to an existing two story colonial style home. In addition to the new porch, the front brick veneer was changed to a stone veneer. The total addition was approximately 200 SF in size and provided for a modern upgrade to the exterior appearance of the home.

A first floor addition (approximately 340 SF) and new front porch (approximately 175 SF) was provided to an existing (side by side) split level style home. The first floor addition allowed for an increase in size to the existing kitchen, dining room, and living rooms. Stone veneer was provided as an accent to the front porch.

Extensive renovations, addition, and new garage were provided to an existing two story colonial style home that had been badly fire damaged. The addition of approximately 325 SF (per floor) provided for an enlarged kitchen and sitting room on the first floor, additional bathrooms and bedroom areas on the second floor, and an enlarged master bedroom, bathroom, and balcony on the third floor.
